Before joining the JusticeTeam, Evan’s practice focused on tax litigation for Fortune 1000 companies. He holds a Finance and Real Estate degree from the University of the Pacific, where he played Division I water polo for the Tigers, and earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, he was an Executive Board member of the Moot Court team, a two-time competitor in the prestigious Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, and a 9th Circuit nominee for the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Student award. He also clerked for Chief Judge Marvin Isgur of the Southern District of Texas and the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office.

Outside the courtroom, Evan enjoys sports, chess, and coaching his kids’ teams. When he’s not in trial, you might find him debating the best brisket pairings over a Shiner Bock on the golf course. But above all, he cherishes time with his wife, Rhianna, and their three children, Noah, Benson, and Camren Marie.
